Fall Favorites

Image
Hey everyone! So recently I've just been posting on random days of the week and I kind of like it. It's totally not me to have my days scattered and not have a set schedule for blogging but I don't know. It is kind of fun to be spontaneous and post when you feel like it instead of Mondays. But enough about my schedule, let's get into what this post is actually about.  As you know Autumn is here and it is certainly getting cooler where I live. (Let me know in the comments how the weather is where you live, I would love to know!) And since Fall is after Summer and we all kind of miss summer and it feels like it was just a dream, I thought I would make a post about what I like about autumn instead of missing summer so much. <3  Here is my list:   I love the fall colors! Yellow, red, brown, orange, and gold. These colors all together make fall a beautiful season.  The cool weather. The crisp cool weather of the autumn is a nice relief from the h...

Fall Outfit

Image
Hey everyone! Welcome back to DIY Crafts + Life Style. So for today's post I wanted to share with you this outfit idea for fall. This if more of an outfit for a autumn in a warmer climate. Also I would just like to say this whole outfit can be purchased at Ardene. It is a Canadian store but they do have a online store. I will leave a link to that at the end of this post.  So lets "Fall" into it! (see what I did there?) So first I started with this cute black dress with little sunflowers on it. I thought it looked really "fallie" (if that's even a word lol.). Then I decided to go with a cute black hat that had the coolest brim. Then I went with the bohemian kind of  cutsie bag that was a pretty, and a tan color. I couldn't fit the shoes in the frame of the picture so here it is below:   So then I finished off the outfit with these stylish tan heals. So this is a more dressier outfit then an everyday outfit, but still if that's your look go...

Back To School Ideas

Image
Hey everyone! It's Monday!! And that means that I get to post here on DIY Crafts + Life Style. So today I am going to be doing a back to school post. And just being me I'm always late with the Internet trends and trying to keep up with all the seasons. And so today with some help from my sister, I came up with 3 DIY ideas that could help save you from the sadness of going back to school. Also make sure you look out in the weeks ahead for some FALL INSPIRED posts. I've worked hard at doing some posts early so that they get up in time. But enough of this chit chat. Let's get started! Number 1: Find a cute jar or holder to keep your pens and markers in. I found this cute pineapple and decided to use it. You can find one of these at your local craft store. Also to add color and a modern look to it i placed a contrasting colored sheet of paper underneath.  Number 2: Notebooks can be kind of boring just by themselves. And if you don't wanna spend a fortune...
